We collect personal data when you register as a patient, book an appointment, message us on WhatsApp or by phone, or contact us through this website.

3. Purposes of Processing

We use your personal data to provide dental treatment and advice, schedule and manage appointments, process billing and payments, send appointment reminders, and, only with your consent, send you updates about the clinic.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

We may disclose your personal data to specialist clinics for referrals, dental laboratories for prosthetics such as crowns, bridges and dentures, payment processors for billing, and IT or clinic management software providers who support our operations. We only share what is necessary for these purposes, and require these parties to keep your data confidential and secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal and dental records for as long as you remain a patient with us, and for a minimum of 7 years from the date of your last treatment, in line with standard medical record-keeping practice in Malaysia. Records may be kept for longer where required by law or for legitimate business or legal purposes.
